Ivan Solís Micromill is a family-run business led by Ivan Solís Rivera and the Solís Cordero family. It was founded in 2018 to sustainably produce, process, and market specialty coffees while highlighting the classic characteristics of Santa María de Dota coffees. The farms that contribute to the micromill are located at high elevations with productive soil for growing coffee and avocado. The Los Santos area is known for producing some of the best coffee in the country.
